Role Overview
You will be accountable for overall supply chain performance, ensuring delivery reliability, optimized inventory levels, cost control, and scalable planning processes. Acting as the key bridge between Sales, Operations, EMS partners and internal stakeholders, you will lead supply planning, capacity alignment, and escalation management with a strong data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Leadership

  • Lead and develop the local supply chain team covering planning, execution, inventory control and NPI coordination.
  • Establish clear KPIs, governance structures and accountability frameworks.
  • Cultivate a disciplined, metrics-driven planning culture.

2. S&OP & Integrated Planning

  • Drive supply chain inputs into the monthly S&OP process.
  • Translate demand forecasts into feasible supply and capacity plans.
