Job Description
Job Summary:
The Lead – Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) functions across all manufacturing setups within Gatronova. The role ensures accurate demand forecasting, efficient material procurement, balanced inventory levels, and alignment between production capacity and customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demand & Supply Planning
Develop and implement effective demand and material planning strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee demand and supply forecasting by analyzing market trends, sales data, and production needs.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Production to integrate promotional activities and business plans into forecasts.
2. Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
Lead the monthly S&OP process to align forecasts with production capacity and supply chain capabilities.
