Supply Chain Lead - Electronics & Automation

What You’ll Do

• Lead sourcing and procurement for electrical, electronic, and automation components such as PCBs, wiring harnesses, motors, sensors, and controls.
• Develop and execute category strategies that balance cost, lead time, quality, and risk.
• Collaborate with Engineering on new product introductions and design‑for‑manufacturing to ensure supply readiness.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews, risk assessments, and long‑term supply agreements.
• Oversee ERP/MRP planning, maintain accurate material master data, and ensure visibility on inventory and lead times.
• Monitor industry trends, identify supply‑chain risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
