Key Responsibilities

  1. Leadership & Talent Development : Lead, coach, and develop a team of Buyers and Supply Chain professionals to achieve operational, customer, and business objectives. Drive performance management processes including goal setting, coaching, capability development, performance reviews, succession planning, and recognition programs. Facilitate Individual Development Plans (IDPs), certification programs, leadership development initiatives, and career progression aligned with the organizational career architecture. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, employee engagement, and continuous learning.
