Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities across Procurement, Factory, Warehouse, Delivery, and Fulfillment in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist the Manager in tracking operational progress, KPIs, and follow-up actions across departments.
• Support procurement planning and supplier coordination to ensure materials are available on time.

• Liaise with Factory to monitor production schedules and highlight potential delays.

• Coordinate with Warehouse on inventory movement, stock accuracy, and basic inventory controls.

• Support delivery and fulfillment activities to ensure orders are completed according to schedule.
• Assist in maintaining and updating SOPs and ISO-related documentation for supply chain processes.
