Job Description: Intel is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer to support direct materials management in the semiconductor assembly and test environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the technical readiness, quality and qualification of incoming materials used in backend manufacturing including substrates, integrated heat spreaders (IHS), stiffeners, epoxy, and related materials.

The candidate will partner with Supplier Materials Engineering (SME), Materials Quality and Reliability Engineering (MQRE), Factory Module Engineering (ME) and supplier teams to ensure materials meet technical specifications, reliability requirements and production readiness. This role will drive technical issue resolution, support new product introduction (NPI), and contribute to quality, yield and cost improvement initiatives that enable efficient and predictable manufacturing operations.
