THE ROLE

As theDirector,Workforce Planning,you willlead the team to:

  • Design the long-term strategic model that directs the labour plan and schedule

  • Optimizelabourspending and productivity

  • Gather, analyze, process, andoptimizescheduling inputs

  • Buildoptimized schedules

  • Publish optimizedschedules

  • Executeonlive week schedule changes

  • Work with theappropriate BusinessSupport partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporateobjectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

  • THEQUALIFICATIONS

    TheDirector,Workforce Planning,has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certificationsin: 

  • DataAnalysis,and/or working withlarge sets of data 

  • Microsoft Office, including Excel
