Customer Collaboration
Establish strategy to strengthening collaboration and leveraging optimization opportunities with selected customers
Generate and maintain Customer Development Matrix as an overview and tool for prioritization of these opportunities
Proactively engage with customers and establishing and maintaining relationships (especially also via consistent face to face meetings) on driving existing opportunities forward and creating further opportunities
Negotiate Supply Chain Trading Terms & Conditions with customers
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all supply chain needs of Beiersdorf are taken into account and aligned
Ensure implementation of strategy, i.e. agreed activities with customers
Support implementation of customer related projects where necessary across the whole of supply chain including logistics topics
