In this role, you're responsible for:
Managing global order entry, including processing, enquiries, shipments, and documentation.
Working with freight forwarders to ensure accurate customs clearance.
Coordinating with credit control, planning, and inventory teams.
Proactively managing customer accounts and preparing quotations with the Sales Manager.
Supporting credit and payment processes in line with Letters of Credit.
Identifying and escalating issues affecting delivery or technical performance.
Providing ad hoc customer reports and supporting departmental operation...
