As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Coordinate and negotiate with internal teams and external parties, including customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.

  • Manage daily shipment operations, including purchase order generation and dispatch, SAP system input, sailing schedule coordination, and verification of invoices and Bills of Lading.

  • Oversee supplier and customer relationships, including order backlog tracking and demand forecast management.

  • Conduct cost analysis with a strong awareness of cargo, logistics, and transportation costs.

  • Travel as required on a case-by-case basis to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
