Essential Duties

Ensure stock on Oracle R12 matches stock in the warehouse management system by performing reconciliation analysis and investigating discrepancies. If discrepancies are caused by a system error, report these to IT. If they are caused by a process error, flag these to the Supply Chain Specialist.
- Coordinate and validate the return of stock to the warehouse with our logistics companies, final mile partners, and order management team to ensure that the warehouse has enough space, and flag potential space risks to the Supply Chain Team Specialist.
- Upload returned stock to be sold as second-hand into our Configure Price Quote (CPQ) sales system.
- Control stock at the end of its life by selling it to a print broker, following the broker sales process, ensuring that all devices are fully invoiced by the end of the month.
