  • Transactional Trade Compliance Support Coordinate import and export documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
    Support customs declaration activities including tariff classification, valuation, country of origin, and licensing documentation under guidance of Trade Compliance professionals
  • Data Validation & Record Management Collect, validate, and maintain trade‑related data in designated systems (e.g., classification records, broker documentation, shipment records
    Ensure supporting documents are retained in accordance with Global Trade Compliance retention requirements
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders Act as the coordination point between logistics, procurement, planning, customs brokers, and trade compliance teams.
