Job Description

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and assess the equipment, supplies, and service needs for the fitness center, in collaboration with management and other relevant departments.
  • Research, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms (quality, cost, lead times).
  • Follow up on orders and manage supplier relationships.
  • Establish and regularly update a purchasing plan to meet the needs of the gyms and optimize costs.

Purchasing Management:

  • Ensure optimal inventory management, including stock control and demand forecasting.
  • Coordinate deliveries and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with various teams (maintenance, member services, etc.) to anticipate and meet operational needs.
