Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and optimize shipping, inventory, and supply chain operations within our packaging facility near Brantford, ON location.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of raw materials and finished packaging products
• Schedule and track shipments with carriers, freight providers, and third-party logistics partners
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of packaging materials (corrugate, films, labels, etc.)
• Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork
• Monitor order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Communicate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to align logistics activities
