Job Description:
Logistics activities:
- Ensure compliance with Company's logistics SOPs, instructions, and operational guidelines.
- Update Transit Packing Lists in D365.
- Upload relevant documents into D365.
- Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to prequalified freight forwarders and evaluate received quotations on GoComet.
- Request for the creation of new freight items in D365 to QD when required.
- Insert freight budgets into quotations in D365 and communicate freight market trends to the Sales team.
- Update Transport Plan Compliance after coordinating with forwarders.
- Prepare and send various weekly and monthly reports to LOs.
- Create Freight Purchase Orders and process related invoices.
