Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsible in leading and supervising the PES Analytics Team in creation, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the analytical tools and reports needed to efficiently support PES’ SIOP, Sales, Customer Service, Sourcing, and Operations teams’ requirements and opportunities.

  • Work with Analytics Manager to lead all data driven projects in Supply Chain applications implementations, design, development, and support in model building across capacity planning, inventory analysis, forecasting and other cross functional requirements.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify gaps or metrics improvement opportunities.
  • Monitors all daily, weekly and monthly tasks and activities of Analytics team.
  • Authorise Over Time and Leaves and ensure work is scheduled to meet department requirements.
