Supply Chain Administrator for Paper Business Line (based in Gurgaon/ Pune, India)

Are you the enthusiastic, self-driven and result-oriented professional who wants to move our customer’s performance forward?

We are looking for “Supply Chain Administrator” to be based in Gurgaon/ Pune, India. This position reports to “Senior Manager, PAP India Supply Management”. In this position you will be responsible for Order administration, MIS, Documentation and Invoicing processes to support the procurement and logistics activities efficiently.

In this position, you will be required to:

  • Execute the operational issuing, administration and closing of Purchase orders, including item management.
  • Perform Invoice matching, booking and ensure supplier payments in accordance.
  • Manage relevant purchasing/ supplier Master data, prepare Management summaries, Internal reporting and Coordination with global stakeholders.
