Join our dynamic team as a Supplier Quality Engineer and be at the forefront of driving excellence in our supplier network! We're looking for a detail-oriented quality champion who's passionate about maintaining the highest standards across our supply chain.
What will you do:
- Support new product introductions, supplier development activities related to manufactured components.
- Lead internal/external customer complaints with problem solving methodologies as 8D, A3, Lean Six Sigma Projects.
- Drive process robustness through PFMEA, process control plans and poka yoke/jidoka solutions.
- Monitor supplier quality performance at the plant level and report it.
- Lead suppliers process audits.
- Deploy projects to increase productivity and process improvements and utilize digital technology with our contract manufacturers.
- Pilot the qualification of the products (finished goods) through PPAP process.
