Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance under MHC requirements, applicable quality, and environmental standards.
  • Measuring, reporting, and escalating supplier performance.
  • Handling Supplier CAPA (SCAR) management.
  • Leading auditor for local supplier's quality and process audit/qualification.
  • Leading, maintaining, and reporting the supplier audit and process audit/qualification.
  • Leading and supporting the supplier quality improvement/change project.
  • Leading and supporting the team for SMA activity.
  • Coordinating with key internal/external suppliers to track/solve quality problems together.
  • Coordinating with the material owner, product owner, and procurement to review, quality, approve or verify material quality.
  • Performing with awareness of standard requirements, ISO, ISO/EN ISO, MDR, and MDSAP.
