Drive supplier performance recovery by improving NCR closure discipline, CAPA robustness, and operational quality compliance at supplier premises (, RTM composite component manufacturing)



Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with underperforming suppliers on open Nonconformities (NCRs) and ensure timely closure
  • Ensure effective containment actions are implemented and verified on the shopfloor
  • Lead and stabilize Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for recurring and high-impact NCRs
  • Improve supplier CAPA maturity using structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Pareto)
  • Act as the primary liaison between the OEM Supplier Quality team and supplier daily operations
  • Support supplier in improving quality system adherence, documentation, and traceability
