Job Description
- Monitor day-to-day inspection operations on vendors supplied products.
- To liaise with the incoming inspection team and buyer on supplier quality issues.
- Supplier quality performance monitoring, evaluation & drive for improvement.
- To support the Purchasing department in the supplier quality performance evaluation & supplier audit.
- Participate in supplier audit, qualify or disqualify suppliers according to organization's standards.
- Maintain successful relationships with suppliers, engineering, manufacturing & regulatory departments. Assist in the development and implementation of supplier management programs.
- To compile monthly supplier performance evaluation data.
- To perform IQA weekly quality data collection and data analysis for the KPI reporting.
- To coordinate root cause analysis, corrective action, preventive action on supplier quality issues and promote mistake proofing approach.
