Job Description

Responsibilities
Supplier Quality Management:
  • Conduct supplier audits and validate manufacturing processes through First Article Inspections (FAI), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, Cp/Cpk).
  • Perform root cause analysis to resolve supplier non-conformances, leading and closing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) efficiently to prevent recurring issues.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with companies quality standards and collaborate with suppliers to align with manufacturing requirements.
  • Monitor supplier part quality throughout the product lifecycle, recommending corrective actions as needed.
    • BOM Management (BOM Master)
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) in ERP/PLM systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, Arena PLM), ensuring alignment between engineering BOMs and manufacturing BOMs
