Permanent objectives 工作职责
Work with Engineering and sourcing department to support new project introduction, including supplier process audit, supplier APQP process, PPAP and Fixture & Inspection gauge approval.
与工程、采购部合作，支持新产品引进，包括供应商过程审核、APQP/PPAP和工装及检具的批准。
Perform quality system audit, follow up the corrective action to ensure the quality system meet HCP requirements.
进行供应商质量体系审核，跟踪其纠正措施，确保其质量体系符合要求。
Assist suppliers to analyze the root cause for component quality issues and take effective corrective action. Perform the onsite process audit when necessary and propose the improvement measures. Experienced in 8D，FMEA，Cpk，Gauge R&R other quality tools.
协助供应商分析零件质量问题的根本原因，采取有效的改善措施。实施现场过程审核，提出改进要求。熟练掌握8D，FMEA，Cpk，Gauge R&R等工具。
Analyze component defect data, evaluate supplier performance periodically and drive supplier performance improvement.
