What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive the APQP and PPAP processes to ensure products and suppliers are fully prepared for successful launches, learning from each stage to continuously raise quality standards.
• Lead and develop the process of qualifying new suppliers prior to sourcing — assessing eligibility, quality risks, and compliance with IATF‑16949, while fostering supplier capabilities in traceability, material control, and workforce training.
