Job Overview

The Supplier Development Engineer is the owner of the Supplier Development Program and Supplier Onboarding process. The primary responsibility includes selection, assessment, and approval of new suppliers. The role requires expertise in QMS (ISO 9001, IATF16949, etc.), Lean tools, problem‑solving tools, MES, and TE systems. Collaboration with SQE, Procurement, and other cross‑functional teams is essential for Supplier QCDTS improvement workshops.
