Job Description

Wärtsilä in Turku seeks a quality leader responsible for new product introduction, casting and machining QA, and supplier development. You will lead audits, drive improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective quality outcomes.

The role requires strong experience in castings/ machining, PPAP, ISO 9001 auditing, and Six Sigma, with English fluency and willingness to travel. This position is based in Turku, Finland.
