Summary This position is located in the United States Department (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Facilities Engineering, National Bio and Agro Defense Facility (NBAF), in Manhattan, Kansas. In this position, you will serve as the supervisor over a staff responsible for work involved in the Utility Plant Maintenance and Repair and Utility Plant Operations. Managing operations on a 24-hour, 365 day per year basis; evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and all other nonstandard work times.
