The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as Technical Training Instructor and first-level supervisor providing planning and direction to, organizing work for, and exercising control over assigned non-supervisory subordinate employees. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the ITF Computer Science instructors, ensuring that the courses taught comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Develops and/or revises lesson plans and training materials. Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic and/or advanced technical/administrative levels.
