SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager in the Public Works Business Line of NAVAL FAC ENGR CMD EUROPE SW ASIA. Responsibilities You will serve as the Public Works Resources and Assessment Director. You will oversee the program readiness evaluations and assessments, including implementation of internal controls. You will identify and execute strategic requirements for human capital management, including workforce development programs and community management plans. You will provide broad policy guidance and direction on overall priorities and objectives. You will use sound judgment in developing analysis and metrics to identify trends, proposals, solutions, and recommendations. You will manage and apply complex data, metadata, and data provenance information, as well as strategic and tactical movement models across all major theaters of operation.
