Summary About the Position: Under the direct supervision of the organization's Administrative Officer (AO), serves as a Supervisory Management and Program Assistant, responsible for providing administrative, procedural, and other office support to the Administrative Office and its clerical programs. Assists with administrative programs and policies and is responsible for a variety of actions which require fact-finding, coordination, recommendations, implementation, and follow-up. Responsibilities Supervise up to six General Schedule (GS) employees. Assist and advise clerical staff on procedural and administrative processes for the Project Office. Analyze and identify personnel requirements, resources, and services needed.
