Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor and exercise managerial authorities providing planning, directing, organizing, and control over the War Planning and Policy Division. Serves as a technical and senior advisor on Air Force Force Generation (AFFORGEN) issues involve in the planning, execution and implementation of sustainable readiness programs and missions. Duties: 1. Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Global Force Management Division, ensuring that Directorate and subordinate Branches comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. 2.
