SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the STRATEGIC PLANNING BRANCH, BUSINESS & STRATEGIC PLANNING OFFICE of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will develop and manage programs/projects and conduct analyses to improve operations and cost efficiency of submarine overhaul, maintenance and/or refurbishment. You will conduct studies and analyses to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of Shipyard operations to inform submarine availability plans of action. You will conduct/attend meetings and conferences with various Shipyard management officials and/or representatives from other activities and Headquarter agencies to discuss impact of new/changed agency policies, directives and instructions. You will manage the local implementation of the Shipyard Organizational Structure and identify improvements necessary in view of new/changed market trends.
