Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the INFORMATION TECHNICAL SERVICES DIVISION of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.
