Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist (PLCYPLN) In the Budget/Contracts Support Branch 10931, Information Technology (IT) Business Division 1093, Information Technology & Cyber Security Office 109 of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will provide first level supervision and management/oversight of work accomplished to a subordinate staff composed of civilian and contractor personnel. You will estimate and provide justifications of budget proposals in the anticipation and support of changing mission requirements. You will provide IT budget processes to include the budget planning and development, budget submission, budget execution, tracking, budget reconciliation and budget data calls.
