Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT (N6) of the FLEET WEATHER CENTER NAVAVNFCSTCEN. Responsibilities You will ensure sound position management and position classification principles and practices are applied when assigning work, structuring and staffing positions, and reorganizing or assuming new responsibilities. You will develop performance standards for subordinates and assure equity of performance standards and rating techniques developed by subordinates evaluating supervisors, make selections for subordinate supervisory and non-supervisory positions.
