SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the Engineering Department (200) of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the delivery of management and coordination. You will develop and evaluate subordinate employee's performance standards. You will monitor and oversee the work of MARMC 2M Inspectors in the assignment, coordination and management of 2M shipboard and shore site inspections technician recertifications. You will monitor and oversee the Engineering Department's calibration program. You will be expected to be an expert in both technical and administrative aspects of the work.
