Responsibilities As an expert in the procurement and contract management field, advises primary customers and District office personnel in all phases of the acquisition process. Provides technical direction over procurement and contracting activities in areas of preparation and issuance of sources sought announcements. Participates as procurement team member in negotiations of contracts and performs procurement staff surveillance during all phases of the contracts.
