Summary This position is located in the Food and Drug Administration, Center for Tobacco Products (CTP), Office of Compliance and Enforcement, Division of Promotion, Advertising, and Labeling (DPAL), located in Silver Spring, Maryland. Serve as a Supervisory Consumer Safety Officer (Branch Chief) and is knowledgeable about directing compliance and enforcement programs for the regulated tobacco industry. Responsibilities Applies knowledge of regulatory compliance and program management principles and skills addressing and solving unusual and often precedent setting problems associated with post market review, compliance, and surveillance program. Develop, directs, evaluates, and monitors compliance and enforcement programs covering a regulated industry.
