Role: Estimator Supervisor / Senior Estimator Supervisor

Overview:
This role involves scoping, estimating, and supervising residential property repairs. Reporting to the State Construction Manager, you’ll manage subcontractors, control costs, ensure high-quality workmanship, and deliver an excellent customer experience. It suits an experienced, multi-skilled tradesperson with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Duties:

• Prepare accurate scopes of work and cost estimates
• Supervise and coordinate repair works and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, WHS, and quality standards
• Manage client and internal communication
• Use mobile technology for job management and reporting
• Support training, safety practices, and a multi-trade approach
