We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Voids Supervisor to take ownership of a designated patch in Winchester, overseeing the delivery of void property refurbishment and turnaround work across our social housing stock. The role suits someone with strong hands‑on trade knowledge and a passion for restoring homes to a high standard for new tenants.

Your Role

• Take full responsibility for a designated geographic patch, ensuring void properties are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Manage the end‑to‑end voids process, from property inspection and scoping through to completion and handover.
• Supervise operatives and subcontractors across various trades, driving productivity, quality workmanship, and timely delivery.
