Warehouse Supervisor
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient flow of materials from receiving through shipping while maintaining inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards. This position will be responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, optimizing inventory processes, meeting customer delivery requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, replenishment, and shipping activities.
- Ensure timely availability of domestic and imported materials to support production and customer demand.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and ERP/WMS transactions.
- Maintain FIFO inventory practices and optimize warehouse space utilization.
