Job Summary

The Supervisor, VAWG Casework will ensure quality provision of VAWG case management and psychosocial support services to VAWG survivors, conflict‑affected and displaced women and girls, and survivors of VAWG. The Supervisor will train, coach, and support VAWG Caseworkers and strengthen systems of support for VAWG survivors.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Capacity Building and Service Oversight

  • Train VAWG Caseworkers, in line with the Inter‑Agency VAWG Case Management Guidelines and International Medical Corps’ VAWG Standards.
  • Train VAWG Caseworkers to respond to child survivors, in line with Caring for Child Survivors of Sexual Abuse.
  • Coach VAWG Caseworkers through regular group and individual sessions.
