Job Description

The Supervisor, Underground Operations is responsible for delivering sustainable and reliable mine operations for McCreedy West Mine. This includes supervising underground crews, managing resources, and promoting a safety‑first culture.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day underground mining activities including drilling, blasting, mucking, and ground support installation.
• Monitor compliance with mine plans, production targets, and safety standards.
• Ensure safe work practices are followed and that all workers comply with regulatory and company policies (OHSA, MTCU, WSIB, etc.).
