Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor in our Tablet Manufacturing Department, you will play a key role in ensuring workplace safety, product quality, and operational efficiency during your shift. Leading a team of approximately twelve professionals, you will oversee the execution of production plans across mass preparation, tableting and coating processes.

This department operates on a three-shift schedule. In this role, you will actively participate in safety and quality audits, while driving continuous improvements in quality, safety and productivity. You will have the support of department specialists and fellow supervisors to help navigate day-to‑day challenges.

Your key responsibilities
