Job Description
- Responsible for overall site management and delivery of all Statements of Work (SOWs) under the IFM contract.
- Manage AMC services through contracted vendors, ensuring proper maintenance and service delivery.
- Support facility operations by overseeing M&E (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations and civil maintenance.
- Prepare and manage the critical spares list, ensuring timely maintenance and availability of materials.
- Implement and oversee the preventive maintenance program to minimize the risk of equipment failure.
- Review and ensure the quality of M&E contractors' work according to manufacturer recommendations.
- Maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) schedules for all installations.
- Manage downtime, breakdowns, and arrange ad-hoc M&E setups per client requirements.
