Take ownership of preventive maintenance tasks onboard ships (e.g., cleaning, painting, insulation works, and minor mechanical maintenance).
Safety Attend daily VSCC meetings and enforce Permit-To-Work compliance. Identify and mitigate safety risks for critical activities (lifting, blasting, painting, scaffolding, confined space entry, mechanical work). Conduct start/end safety checks and ensure proper PPE usage. Promote a strong safety culture through campaigns and active participation.
