Job Summary

:

The Structural Supervisor is responsible for supervising and directing structural steel installation operations within the process plant areas for the construction team. Supervises all direct craft professionals, subordinate contractor services, and others, as assigned. Ensures assigned construction performance is following relevant safety standards, erection specifications and is delivered within required schedules and budgets.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the project ES&H program and quality control program. 

  • Supervises, coordinates and/or directs craft activities as assigned for the structural disciplines. 

  • Coordinating craft safety training and always enforcing safe work practices in conjunction with the ES&H staff. 

  • Planning the craft manpower and interfacing with Industrial Relations for craft recruitment, hiring, and skills training programs.
