Position Responsibilities
Ensure the accurate processing of the entire payroll cycle including the weekly payroll, interbank payments and manual checks.
Assist the stores in updating and correcting, as necessary, the weekly payroll submissions to ensure that computing, withholding, or deductions associated with net pay are done properly.
Oversee the collection and processing of the timesheet of employees located in CATMexico (SSC).
Coordinate the request and distribution of food coupons and print and delivery of the payroll receipts.
Calculate on a monthly basis the accrual of annual bonus.
Supervise day‐to‐day activities of payroll analysts and prepare proper work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
Ensure they are properly coached and trained in new tasks to achieve 100% on‐time and accurate processing each week; furthermore, determine what specific actions need to be taken to achieve the specified target.
