**Position Purpose**This position is responsible for coordinating all executive, electrical, HVAC projects, internal guidelines, project specifications, meeting deadlines and resolving architectural issues, ensuring quality of deliverables**Primary Accountabilities**- Coordinate and priorizite the activities of the design team in order to complain the given dead lines.
- Coordinate and review information that is shared with the other teams in the StoreDev Department and external collaborators.
- Review and solve architectural problems, to be able to send all the necessary information for the construction of new stores- Coordinate the negotiations and the payment information that is shared with external specialists- Monitoring and control in site of the construction for the new stores.
