SUPERVISOR

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Work Execution

• Supervise daily construction activities and workforce.

• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workers.

• Monitor work progress and report status to management.

• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.

2. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Enforce safety rules and company HSE policies.

• Conduct daily toolbox talks.

• Ensure workers wear required PPE.
